How does it work?

VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICE
If you have a health problem during your trip and need to consult with a doctor, submit a claim online via this page.
SMART ONLINE FORM
Once verified, you will be redirected to a secure online form that is used to collect symptoms and current information about your health issue.
CONSULTATION WITH A DOCTOR
You will then receive an SMS with information about when a doctor specialized in the given area will contact you (within 30 minutes at the latest). The message will also contain instructions, such as a reminder to have an internet connection or sufficient mobile signal for the consultation.

After the consultation, you will receive a medical report with a possible diagnosis and recommended follow-up procedure in Czech. Upon request, an approximate translation into English can be provided.
